The name Sam was never important to me until this year, when I met the guy who was to become my boyfriend. It now means the following - a boy who can’t make up his mind to save his life, couldn’t plan a piss-up in a brewery, is always late, one of the funniest people I know; who would bring a girl flowers to show her that he cares but would break her heart by promising a second chance and then throwing her away like what they had was nothing. The name Sam represents a person who was once very important to me, but is no longer active in my life through his own actions.
